We accept most insurance plans, including Cigna, Delta, Guardian, Aetna, MetLife, Empire, United Health Care, Preferred Group Plan, CSEA, Ameritas, United Concordia Dental and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. We will process your insurance and take the assignment of benefit. Patients pay their estimated balance at the time of their visit.
